Refreshing Apple & Pear Juice Recipe
This apple and pear juice recipe will give your detox regime a much-needed sweet and refreshing lift. You can try this mid-morning when your energy levels are flagging.
- 2 green apples
- 1 pear
- 4 stalk of celery
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
