Firefighters Warning about Cell Phone Chargers

It seems like most of us fall asleep with our cell phones next to the pillow.  This can lead to a very real danger of fire. Unfortunately, when you place your phone under the pillow, the heat generated by the charger can’t escape in all of those covers thus leading to a fire.

According to the Newton NH fire department’s Facebook Page, 58% of children and teens charge their phones on their bed or under their pillow.

The fire department wrote:

“Research has revealed that 53% of children/teens charge their phone or tablet either on their bed or under their pillow. This is can be extremely dangerous. The heat generated cannot dissipate and the charger will become hotter and hotter.

The likely result is that the pillow/bed will catch fire. This places the child/teen as well as everyone else in the home in great danger. Please check where you & your family charge your mobile devices.”

You Shouldn’t Use Your Phone Before Going to Bed

There’s a lot of research on the dangers of blue light emitted by smartphones, tablets, laptops. In fact, it can ruin the quality and quantity of our sleep. In order to fall asleep, our bodies produce melatonin, a hormone that helps the body to follow the natural circadian rhythm. However, some environmental factors such as blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin.

As melatonin production decreases, a person’s immune system becomes weaker and weaker leading to a greater risk of cancer and infectious diseases. As sleep quality suffers, people become prone to depression.

Detox your body from Harmful Substances

Fortunately, you can detox your body from toxic and radioactive  substances by using foods in your diet such as spirulina.

( you can find it here) Spirulina is the best food that removes heavy metals and toxins from the breast tissues.  It has the most detoxifying effect on your body.
