Baked Parmesan Tomatoes – The Perfect Low Carb Snack


  • 23 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp dried basil (find it here)
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, roughly chopped



  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place tomatoes cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with Parmesan, oregano, basil. salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil.
  4. Bake for about 10 -15  minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Top with the fresh chopped Italian parley.
  6. Enjoy!
